I keep getting the error invalid argument: inline images for this Gmail/Sheets mail merge script

Hi all, 

I downloaded the google app for developers script for a gmail/sheets mail merge script for a custom HTML email template (second link)



I keep getting Invalid argument: inlineImages error even when i change the fields to fit the standard template 

Would love some help on this - thanks so much!!
