Website Contact Form to Google Sheets to Email using appscript

I wrote an app script in Google Sheets that takes my website contact form data a user inputs and puts it in google sheets then emails me its content. 

A couple days later after implementing it on my website my Gmail account was disabled, Is code like this against Google policies?

I was able to reverify my account to get back in but they didn't tell me what I did wrong. The email from Google said:

The Google Account xxxxxx...@gmail.com is now disabled. It looks like it was being used in a way that violated Google's policies.

I don't want to get locked out of my account. It was disabled like an hour ago. Not sure if I should remove the implantation?

This happened to me once and all they said was that there was some suspicious activity going on in my account.

You should check if your script has the appropriate scopes enabled and that you have been granted permission to use them.

Are you sending emails using Google Apps Script?

Yes. I have a script that sends out multiple emails every day... but I have not experienced this issue in 2+ years now.

It can be issue if receiver reports your email.

Thanks for your input. Maybe it was a fluke. I also use mailmerge once per year to email all my clients for annual service during I email about 250 clients per day using mailmerge but have for last 6 years with no issue.
