Manifest: appsscript.json invalid. `create` or `clone` a project first.

Hello! I want to create auto deployment for my apps script. The problem is GitHub Actions fail with: Manifest: /home/emilyseville7cfg/Documents/self-development/console-utils/google-script/deploy-test/appsscript.json invalid. `create` or `clone` a project first. As I understand I need to change rootDir in .clasp.json. But is it the best decision?
