Dependent drop downs and Apps Script

I had been following an online tutorial, and had elements of t dependent drop down built, but broke it and cannot fix it. Would love some advice, tutorials to look at, or a review of my App Script code and sheet.

Goal, to have 6 sheets, pull from the same matrix of dependencies, and use the scenario multiple times on each sheet.

It was these exact videos I watched—and his later revision to them—for me to write the script. But, I have made an error somewhere, and I am having difficulty tracking it down in my web apps script. 

I'll follow the last one to see if it helps where I went wrong.
