I noticed the problem a week ago.

Logs Explorer shows 30-days old logs only. When I search for a specific date range that is older than 30-days, there are no records. The project is 3-years old.

Do you experience the same problem with your logs?

Also experiencing this on my projects. Not sure if this was always the case however, as I never check logs older than 7 days or so.

30 days is the default retention period for Cloud Logging. If you use a user-managed GCP project for your script, you can change the retention period to be longer. However, you're responsible for additional storage costs for any logs held over the 30 day default.

When did they change this? I'm sure I was able to browse logs for a few projects for at least 180 days a few months ago.
