[Feature request] Change the editor of the appscript

Hi, 

I have been using Visual Studio code since 3 years. Like visual studio code there is a monaco editor for the websites as a editor.

It is very user friendly for many of the developers. If the existing editor can be replaced with it. It will be easy to write code for us.

Hoping with a positive response.

Take a look at Clasp. This would allow you to use VS offline.
