Hello Apps Script Developers,

This video tutorial explains how you can set up a local development environment for writing Google Apps Script inside Visual Studio Code.

The Apps Script Starter kit uses Babel, Webpack, Prettier, ESLint, CLASP under the hood but there's no build configuration required at your end.

Hi Amit

Love this!

Hoping I can get some help figuring out how to get a custom menu built using the apps starter kit.

Thanks in advance!

I tried using the Apps Script Starter Kit, but it is much too hard on the "quality of code" that none of my current GAS projects (who all work fine, I should add), can be published with it, as they fail the checks. :-/

And since they cause too many errors, I can't use the feedback from the kit to fix any of it.
