Company Web Apps Suddenly Not Working Today

Getting reports across our company that when they try to use our various GAS web apps they are forced to solve captcha that loop infinitely. The captchas contain the message below.  Is anyone else having this issue?

What does your script execution state? Can you track it from there? What is the deployment type? Run as  who? Check these aspects first otherwise can only speculate.
