If I write something into a cell and then I push a button that execute a function the value of that cell is not read updated; If I don't press tab or enter, or otherwise I move the focus elsewhere, the function read the old value.
Is there a solution? I think it has to be possible, but I can't imagine how.

No solution that I know of. That is how Google Spreadsheet works. You must press enter or tab for the value to be entered into the spreadsheet.
