Google sheet filter automation

I have a google sheet called Main Form (speadsheet name: Main Form, sheet name: form responses). In the Main Form I have columns till CH.Now in the same spreadsheet, I want another sheet called filter( spreadsheet name: Main Form, sheet name: filter). From the form responses sheet I select 33 fields. Now what I want in this filter sheet is to create an input form in which column A of the sheet will have certain input criteria.First row in this column A is the"name of the filter". In column B when I input values values against the fields mentioned in column A and hit a submit button, a filter view shall be created in sheet "form responses"

Now allow these fields to have multiple input values and the only those rows that match the specified criteria should be displayed.                 But I am unable to use the multiple values and range criteria. Can anyone giude me regarding the same.
