Chrome Extension to Autofill Google Forms

Hello All, 

Thank you for accepting me into the group, so I need help.
My goal is to automatically fill out any Google form with first and last name, phone number, city, email, full name, and add a photo and ID.

Hello,

I'd like to apologize for the late reply, as I missed the message due to a computer crash.
Thank you for any help you can give me. I didn't even know this was possible.
So, let me explain:

* The form isn't always the same; it changes all the time. So, providing a link wouldn't help me because it will expire in 24 hours.

I was able to find a code that allows me to fill in the information automatically, using an extension I add to my web browser, but I can only fill in all the boxes, except...
