If-Modified-Since Headers

Hi All,

I'm trying to send a request to Xero's API to retrieve a list of quotations that have been accepted in the last five minutes. All it does is retrieve a full list of accepted quotations which isn't ideal because I'd have to filter through them all in my script, which I'd rather avoid.

I've sent a request to recievebin from google apps scripts and I don't see the if-modified-since header. I've sent the same request from postman to receivebin and see the headers just fine.

I've come across a few other people saying they've had the same issue. Unfortunately none of those fixes seem to work for me. I was hoping someone here might have some advice.

There are certain headers that Google does not let the script access (and probably never will), could this be the issue?
