Editor add on and Google Login.

Hi, I am facing 2 problems.

1) I have a Doc editor Addon, I have published it in private domain (it will be visible within the organization).
Now the addon kind of creates a copy of itself (doc B) and that copy resides in Docs/Drive and the doc which is displayed (doc A) is processed further. I have installed the Addon in the document A and that is processed and of no use now (Will be deleted later on my the user).  The problem is when i open the doc B and click on the addon it shows just Help option no start option. 
I found a work around that is, uninstall the addon and then install it again (with logging to Gmail and allowing the permissions again) all during installation in a small window.

even in the documentation they say once the addon is installed it will show/work in every doc. 

" Once you get an editor add-on from the store, you see it in the Add-ons menu for every document you open or create. "

Please help. 

2) second problem is like we have our app (App X) and we have added a provision to login/signup with google. So the access token/refresh token resides in our db once logged in, now in that login I have asked the user for the editor addon permissions as well so how do I connect that with my addon so that during installation or at other point user don't have to login/provide access again to the addon.

I hope I could explain my scenario.. if any clarification needed please revert.
