Gmail Add-on error "You're offline"

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with a Gmail add-on. This add-on, which is currently deployed for testing within our domain, is designed to open an external link. However, it recently stopped functioning and now displays a 'You're offline' error, despite a stable internet connection. Has anyone faced a similar situation?

We've developed an Add-On for a customer and we've been receiving couple of complaints that "You're offline.".

And these errors are being fixed itself so we're assuming it's an intermittent issue.

But is there any other way to mitigate these kind of challenges? Can we have some other platform to publish Add-Ons?
