Environment variables

Hello to all,

I've been googling around but found no way of getting the environment variables from where my app is running. 

I would like to get, for example, the computer name of where the browser is executing the scripts.

Can someone please let me know a way of achieving this?

Hello,

The sandboxed environment of Javascript in the browser does not allow access to the system so I will give up this idea and will build a login page to get the information I need to differenciate data save by each user.
