Apps Script Error from google sheets

When going to extensions > Apps Script, I get the following error repeatedly. Any ideas what is going on?

Your domain admin may have blocked Apps Script. Go to script.google.com and see if it is possible to create one from there.

Hi and thank you for the reply. I am in fact able to go directly to script.google.com to create one, but from there I don't know how to link it to my spreadsheet.

Actually turns out it was an account permissions issue. (I was logged in with my personal account).
