Srange Errors This Morning

I woke up this morning to reports that multiple apps are failing. When I checked the stackdriver, I see plenty of the following errors logged:

We're sorry, a server error occurred.

I am also getting a " service invoked to many times" error email for an app that has not had any issues for over a year.

Is any one else having these strange issues. today?

Both yesterday and today, users are reporting menu items not loading, dialog boxes not loading. The code is never completing.

Mine is not yet in the menu so I used appsscript.json
