MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in customizing standard Salesforce.com objects and developing custom objects with relational data

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing Force.com code (Apex), developing custom user interfaces with Force.com pages (Visualforce), developing datadriven Force.com sites, and developing custom business logic with Force.com

(Apex) code

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in creating, testing, and implementing Force.com code, as well as interpreting and updating existing Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Apex batch jobs

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce application support, business requirements and processes, and implementing and customizing technical solutions using Force.com in a production environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce application development, developing custom user interfaces, developing data-driven websites, developing custom business logic, and completing complex integration or data migration tasks

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications, as well as interpreting and updating existing code, classes, controllers, triggers, Workflows, API, batch jobs and managing sites

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in database development

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with developing thorough technical documentation and design of any Salesforce applications developed and implemented using an SDLC process

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Marketing, Content Library and Custom module architecture and functionality.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desired qualifications for each resource for this statement of work include:

• Salesforce Developer certification

• Salesforce Administrator certification

• Previous work experience in the Investment Industry

• Previous experience working for a State of California government agency as an employee or contractor
