Pin

I am trying to find my pin so I can call support, but cant seem to find it where they direct me.   This is all I see, can someone tell me where my pin is within this mess?

What kind of Google Apps subscriber are you?   In my Support screen, there are 5 major sections:  "Online Support", "User Resources", "Email Support", "Phone Support", and "Deployment & Account Management".   Looks like I have two sections that you don't (which is where the PIN is).

Hi Steph

Is there a variable called Support PIN: with a value,  in your email
support section of that page?

There is with me, but I can see the other sections that the other
poster can see.
