Mails getting without added in groups

Hi Friends,

In our Google apps domain, we are getting some issues, i need to sort out it asap, please help me.

1) Two users are receiving emails from gmail-groups, but they not added in that groups. I have checked all groups settings, as well as users setting, but not found any solution.

2) One User is receiving emails doubles of single email in Ms-Outlook which is configured of Gmail account.

please help me on this to sort out these problems.
