Turn on offline email via Domain API

I manage several Google Apps domains and I'd like to enable offline email for each of the domains. Doing it manually would take a lot of time, so I'd like to do via an API call. I've been through all of the various APIs, but I can't find the one that will let me turn on offline email. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi Doug,

  Sorry, there is no API call that matches the "enable offline mail" setting in the CPanel, you'll need to turn it on for them manually.
