Delete Label method added to the Email Settings API

Hi everyone,

We recently added a new method to the Email Settings API to allow developers to programmatically delete Gmail labels.

The new method is documented at http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/email_settings/developers_guide_protocol.html#GA_email_label_delete, the Python and .NET client libraries have already been updated to implement it.
