Error when adding a second domain.

When I try to add my domain (etake.com.br) I'm receiving this error:

Operation failed, we can't process your request. 

What I did:

1. Create an account using the eits.com.br domain;
2. Added the etake.com.br as second domain;
3. Decided to remove the eits.com.br domain;
4. Now, with my new domain (apollo-ti.com) I can not add my another domain (etake.com.br).

How can I proceed? Please help me.
