Retrieving user's contacts using provisionig api

I want to retrieve contacts from several users in my domain, using provisionig api. Is it possible? Or I need collect login information from each user and use contacts api?

Hello Sergei

You can get read only access to the contacts of all your domain users using the Contacts API. You just need to authenticate as a domain Admin. Or otherwise you can also you 2 legged OAuth and get all the contacts for any user.

One more question. I need to authenticate as a domain Admin (what I want) to get all the contacts for any user using 2 legged OAuth or as user whose contacts I want to receive or I understood something wrong? And I can't find example which explains how to use 2LO (python).
