Is it possible to retrieve Basic Permissions setting using API request

Hi, I was just reading this page here https://developers.google.com/google-apps/groups-settings/manage as I was interested in running a query on my Google Apps domain to see how many group are allowing all organization members to view topics. Reading through the example JSON Response at the bottom of that page I can't see where it has returned a value for the setting I am looking for which leads me to ask: is it possible to to see this setting using the method in the page I have linked?

Any advice is appreciated
