Stuck on PENDING status

I have created muliple audit export requests over the last few days.  They are all still stuck on PENDING.  It's been about two weeks since the last time I requested audits, but they worked fine.  I have used google-apps-manager tool and also direct API calls with no luck on either.

Hi Scott,

  You should file a support ticket with Google support, this seems to be an issue with Google backend servers that they'll need to resolve.

Sorry, I misread your post. I thought you said requests had been in the pending state for 2 weeks.

How long exactly have the requests been in the pending state? The audit exports can normally take numerous days to complete sometimes.

Every time I do file a ticket for an API, they tell me to go to the forums.  However, I will file a ticket.  Thanks.
