Secure Data Connector without Google Apps Users

Hi,

We are trying to use the Secure Data Connector within a Google App Engine system but our "users" are proprietary and do not use the Google Apps accounts. Is there a way of using the Secure Data Connector without requiring the user to sign into a Google Apps account?
