Get request for nickname feed timing out

When I try to make a GET request for the following URI, https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/cnm.edu/nickname/2.0 the request times out. I've tried the request when there are nicknames in the domain and when there aren't and it behaves the same way.
Is anyone else seeing this? Is there something I'm missing?
