Admin account deleted for google apps

I had registered cartoonkippah.com (my domain name) with google apps for email but have found that the admin account has been deleted. I have tried to verify using CNAME but with no luck. I can still access the non-admin email accounts @cartoonkippah.com but have lost the admin account and control.

How do I restore this or re-register an account?

I have been through help pages and no luck...I simply end up in a circle of "re-setting administrator account password."

Any help greatly appreciated.
