Change calendar settings all user

Hello,

I know there is a way to view all user's calendars but is there a way to enforce/set "Speedy meetings"

Looking to apply this setting to all users calendar

Show users calendar settingsgam user <user email address> show calsettingsgam ou_and_children_ns <top level OU> print calsettings todrive

I don't see any Google API support for setting this field, thus GAM can't help.
