ERROR: 403: Not found or permission denied for service(s)

Hello!

I'm facing an issue trying to set up a new gam instance for a new workspace domain,  when trying to create or use a Google Cloud project: 

The authentication flow has completed.
Creating project "GAM Project"...
Checking project status...
 Project: gam-xxx-fgn-thx-9vb, Enable 1 APIs

ERROR: 403: Not found or permission denied for service(s): 404: Not Found.
Help Token: AWdF54kyX_qoy8H3VDz5XU37pY8kMHsJRCEbafDBxA80lwIFqhlIHrAAt5rY5QcR9lqaVlXPh_RffONQBRBXrX63aewAwq0bh7Fg2DwvRJqhCMMQ - 403

Has anyone faced this issue before??

  Thank you for your time, Ross. I've already completed all the steps, and my account is the superAdmin in both workspace and GCP,  and it's still not working. I have at least five other domains running GAM without any issues.

Check your API permissions within the GCP

It looks like you are using an old version of GAM. Upgrade to the latest version and try again.
