Disable new user captcha

[Eric Krebill TCAS]

I have kindergarten students who get completely stumped by the captchas and teachers who are about to tear their hair out trying to run around and enter 30 captchas at the start of each class.

Is there a way to disable the captcha for these students?  I tried running agreedtoterms on for all students via csv, but that doesn't seem to have worked.

This shouldn't happen, unless the kids enter the wrong credentials a number of times.

I assume this is on first user login?

Make sure under company profile in the admin console that you've listed yourself as a K-12 school.

I know we used to have this problem.  I'm not sure if we still do.  But I will investigate.

But, if we are set up in our profile as "Primary/Secondary Education" (which we are) we shouldn't get the Captcha prompts?

Can you provide any details on this?

I assumed it had something to do with so many logins and/or failed logins from our limited number of public IPs (NATing / PATing.).
