Query multiple message IDs

I have a csv from our email protection gateway with messages with no DMARC record. Im trying to query the messageIDs from that CSV and return the "From" header for each message to get an idea of what mailbox is sending it. 

Currently Im using:

gam csv "C:\Path\To\CSV" gam user ~Recipients show messages ids ~Message_ID headers from

But Im getting invalid message ID seem to be formatted properly.
