show/print filelist formatjson - returns CSV with embedded JSON field?

to GAM for Google Workspace

For example, this command

gam user <user> show filelist excludetrashed allfields filepath formatjson

actually returns CSV with this header

Owner,id,name,owners,owners.0.displayName,owners.0.emailAddress,owners.0.me,owners.0.permissionId,owners.0.photoLink,paths,path.0,JSON

with CSV-quoted JSON in the last field. I can work with this, but was wondering if there's a way to get pure JSON output?
