connection attempt failed

I keep seeing the error below when I run the command

gam all users show filelist query "'user...@hai.org' in writers or 'user...@hai.org' in readers"  todrive allfields

"ERROR: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

My guess is that it is something related to the API servers, but I did recently change my firewall and network hardware, so it could be something there as well.

It fails after processing a different number of users each time.  

Any thoughts on causes or troubleshooting woiuld be appreciated.

It's always best to assume the problem is on your end first until you can prove otherwise. It's highly unlikely the problem exists on Google's end and you are the only user reporting it.

If you just made changes to your firewall / security software setup that's almost certainly the issue.
