is it possible to use advance gam

Is it possible to use GAM tool such as that to scrape our Google Domain and revert any object that is shared using General Access Permissions - "Anyone in Wolf Creek" or "Anyone with the Link" to revert them to Restricted so that they have to be shared to specific people or groups?

This could be likey two commands

The first one would be  Anyone in Wolf Creek" or "Anyone with the Link   

The second one would be 

to revert them to Restricted so that they have to be shared to specific people or groups?
