Gam quitting

I am trying to run the latest version of GAM on the latest Windows 10 21H2.  When I double click GAM.exe, the command window opens and quickly closes.  I am not able to see if there are any errors.  I am logged into my gmail account as the super admin.  What am I missing?

Gam is a command line program, you run it from Command Prompt or PowerShell.
