Hmtl (first name and last name) not populating when I create signature on Gam

Hi everyone,

Please help. I created an html file and used the file to create a signature using Gam 6.58.
using this code gam user tes...@abc.com signature file "C:\GAM\Signature.html" html.
It works but the problem is, it doesnt populate the users first name, last name, job title or department, instead it just shows the html syntax.

I have tried lots of syntax but none seems to be work. I will appreciate any pointers.
Some syntax I have tried e.g {{FirstName}}, "{{Firstname}}" %givenName% %%Firstname%%.

Any help will be appreciated
