Hi Community,

Hope you are doing well.

Would you like to seek any command that allows us to access the G Suite Admin Quarantine panel and perform "Allow" or "Deny" action ?

Appreciate your feedback,
Thanks

Thanapol,

I'm curious, how do you navigate to the "Admin Quarantine panel"?

There's no API for accessing the admin quarantine and thus nothing GAM can do here.

Personally I do not recommend extended usage of admin quarantines, it's the wrong way to do Spam management IMHO. Gmail and G Suite were designed to give users the ability to manage spam handling on their own (and with low effort) while protecting them from the most dangerous messages (phishing, etc). Admins digging through spam messages to find the occasional false positive simply doesn't scale, it's a waste of admin time and a waste of users time. Focus your efforts on rejecting the most dangerous messages and training users to categorize spam / not spam appropriately in the Gmail mailbox so they can scale the effort on their end. Again, just my humble opinion though.
