Create a Report that will Show All Groups with Pending Messages

We are using Google Groups to moderate messages being sent internally and externally. Our issue is that we require a report we can pull that would allow us to check which groups still have pending messages that require approval.

Our current work flow is that we have to visit each group individually to review if mail has been approved or not, which is not time effective.

Ideally a report that can be generated that will contain all our groups and list only pending messages broken out by each group. We believe this to be more effective.

Please advise how we might achieve this

There is no API to check groups for pending messages thus there's no way for GAM to achieve this.
