I have a user that has the notification email about a shared Google file always going into the administrative quarantine.  I'm wondering if they have marked that address as spam or somehow added it to their blocked email address list.  While I could go ask the user, it be preferable if I could pull that list from GAM, or edit it if that turns out to be the case.

Is this possible?

Blocked email addresses are moved to Spam (as per the setting)

Yes, I'm aware of that.  The question is can I view/edit that list for a user using GAM?

I see nothing in the Gmail API that provides this data, thus GAM can't help.

Thanks Ross.  That is what I suspected.

What I was attempting to get at is you mention these emails are going into the Administrative Quarantine, and not just the Spam folder for the user.  Could there be a content compliance rule in place that is affecting these?  If you review the email logs it will provide you a link as to which rule is affecting this email.

There is nothing the the api's for gmail that I can see about accessing blocked lists, so gam won't be able to help.
