Bulk Upload address list

Hi Team,
As you all know in order to bulk upload users into a address list in google workspace we will have to enter them manually comma separate or space separated.
Is there an alternative GAM provides by using which we can bulk upload by using a csv file.

Not that I know of. Where are these address lists being used?

Want to use it while creating routing rules for example a spam bypassing list etc,

I don't know of any API that supports this.

If you have the lists of users in csv format you could import them into a google sheet and use the 'JOIN' formula to create a (long) list of comma-seperated email addresses you can copy/paste in one go. Maybe not the answer you were looking for, but loads better than manually entering... :)
