Query Specific User to Devices Usage

Forgive me if this is very easy and I missed the boat somehow, but I cannot seems to find a way to do this, or can it be done? I am looking to get a report showing a particular users usage per device , per day, or by dates. I go into the console and see the users login activity in reports, I do a few different exports and I can see all the users that have logged into all the devices in mass bulk, but I just want to get a clean report that shows something like this (basically the dates a particular user has used a particular devices, but not knowing the exact device they may have used:

NAME                     DEVICE(Asset id or Serial Number)           DATE

We basically have kids that are "supposed" to be using devices for work during the day, and need a quick easy way to verify usage. The reports in the console show the logins and IP, but they are all inside our building, so it doesn't tell me if they were on their own phone, a PC, or a Chromebook. This report will help justify the report info..

gam print crosactivity

may give you some of what you want but the API only gives you a list of recent users and a list of active times on a given day, it doesn't tell you that Johnny Apple used device 5024 on 5/4. Only that Johnny Apple used the device recently.
