Hello,
We use GAM course sync students for syncing our students to classrooms however we have one student that is stuck in limbo.
GAM 6.0 as of this AM but was 4.99 before I updated both have the same results.
Running sync students produces no error and its like everything is fine however the teacher has reported a missing student. I have checked the roster file for said class and the student is included.
I tried just adding the student with "GAM course <alias> add student <email>" and get this back: ERROR: 409: Requested entity already exists - 409
I also tried to remove remove the student by running: "GAM course <alias> remove student <email>" and get this: ERROR: 404: Requested entity was not found. - notFound
The student does not show up on the GUI side or when I run "GAM info course <alias>"
Not sure if there is a way to check through GAM but the Google Classroom API returns nothing but nextPageToken.
Not sure where to go from here any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael
