Dynamically deploying email signatures

Does anyone know a way to dynamically deploy email signatures via GAM, or Google App Script?

Is that what you mean by dynamically deploy?

I'd like to deploy custom signatures that change the first and last names, phone extension information, if such value exists, as well as email address, physical address and more.

Don't do exactly what it says, but use it to guide you how you can do it.

As it is a few years old, some commands may have changed a little.
