OAuth file invalid format: MalformedFraming

Hello,

When i try to install Gam7 on Windows 11 i run the following command:

 gam user <my admin email> check serviceaccount

ERROR: Service Account OAuth2 File: C:\GAMConfig\oauth2service.json, Does not exist or has invalid format, Unable to load PEM file. See https://cryptography.io/en/latest/faq/#why-can-t-i-import-my-pem-file for more details. MalformedFraming
Please run

gam create|use project
gam user <user> update serviceaccount

to create and authorize a Service account.
PS C:\gamconfig>

And I am unable to use GAM at all. Running "gam oauth create" appear to work as expected and returns no erros.

How to i fix this error?
