No, there's no API for that so no way for GAM to do it. It's meant to be a manual process for users so they are aware they are lowering their account security.

Also note that Google has made it clear that they’re intending to remove the ability to use Less Secure Apps (even if the timeline is currently unclear). See https://gsuiteupdates.googleblog.com/2019/12/less-secure-apps-oauth-google-username-password-incorrect.html for details.

Thank you all for taking some time to explain it...

I know Google is removing that option... it's just that, during this COVID-19 situation, my School has decided to move to Office 365 (Teams), and to migrate their emails we need that to be operacional!

Do any of you know any other way to achieve that?

Use a migration tool that supports OAuth authentication.
