suspended user to active user - move in other OU

Hi,
is it possible to list the active users of an OU

I basically have the OUSuspended that contains only suspended users. It happens that some users can be reactivated ... but they remain in that OU (OUSuspended). I want to intercept them and move them to the OUEnabled

ou_ns OUSuspended identifiles the non-suspended users in the OU
