How do I? get webviewlink after upload local file to google drive and convert mimetype

Hi,

How do I get the webviewlink after uploading a local file to Google Drive and convert the mimetype​ to a Google Sheet.
Is't possible to get webviewlink in one line commmand?

gam user us...@domain.com create drivefile localfile /path/to/file.csv parentid doc_ID mimetype gsheet
