oauth2.txt issue

I can't run any commands...Whenever I run a command it tells me that oauth2.txt doesn't exist.  In my GAMConfig directory, I see a file oauth2.txt.lock.  Can I just rename the file?

No, that is a lock file. You need to do: gam oauth create

Now I'm getting service not applicable/doesn't exist.  The gam oauth create command completed successfully.
